Ladies...

So this was the first club I’ve been to with a skate ramp. It kind of made me feel like I was in that Simpsons episode where Bart goes to Tony Hawk’s party. It also made me feel about 16 years old again with school girl crushes on skaters.

The party was at Amate-Raxi in the southern end of Shibuya. It was pretty easy to find as you just follow all the boys on skateboards. Nargiz’s boyfriend, P.O.L Style, played some fun music (Lauryn Hill – yay!), I sipped on Yuzu-hi with American Lemonade and talked to some pro-skaters who I had never heard of before. Not that I know of any these days. Oh, and Lani nearly face pushed a girl. And we managed to get last train home. SUCCESS.
