Day 88: Gyoza Gang
After that marathon karaoke session which ended at nearly 5am, the following day was filled with lying around and a bit of self loathing.
That evening we headed over to Roppongi where our friend Tiia lives to make a butt-load of gyoza and hang out with our favourite Tokyo couple.
Illumination on Tiia's street.
Pre-dinner snacks with wonderful names. The avocado one has a bit of wasabi in it which is actually really good.
Ingredients for gyoza. Yes, that's cheese. We tried putting cheese in a few but it didn't add anything to the dumplings.
Adam being put to work.
First round!
Pupper wants in on the gyoza action. Those eyes nearly had me making a plate just for her.
Gyoza skills!
And we finally get to eat. Everyone took turns cooking up a batch. Incidentally, Adam's were the best – I need him to teach me the ways.
A beautiful thing.
