Day 89: A Full English Breakfast
It's been a while between brunches so I was pretty happy to be meeting up with our friends Paul and Kumraz for an English-style brunch. Tucked away in a side street in Minamiazabu sits Captain Cook, a restaurant serving all-day brunch and David Beckham's whisky (they're very proud of this).
Bit cold to eat outside but it'd be nice to do that on a warmer day. I'm also aware that this comment is superfluous but I really didn't know what to say. I guess I kept this photo in to "set the scene".
Same with this jolly old chap here.
Eggs benedict! I honestly can't remember the last time I had this.
We sat around chatting about the ins and outs of camel's milk (among other things) for about three hours until they not-so-subtly got us to leave by bringing us the cheque we didn't ask for.
While we were walking back to Shibuya about ten Ferraris driving by. Faaaancy.
The leafy walk back to Shibuya.
I'm into the font of this hotel.
I also appreciate the colours of the MIKI building which I didn't seem to be able to capture very well.
Shibs.
Back to home base, Meidaimae. I love this little local area.
