Hello.

My husband and I left our lives in Sydney to go travelling for the rest of 2016. What started as a one month honeymoon has turned into a four month adventure.

Day 31: Ahoy Captain Spritz!

Day 31: Ahoy Captain Spritz!

Another day, another boat. Or so it would seem this week. This time we decided to hire our own "any idiot can drive this" boat to go exploring the coastline and beaches only accessible by boat. Long story short, it was well worth the €130.

After a quick run through on what to do (and very importantly, what not to do) and a whole bunch of water (we learnt our mistake from the Capri boat trip), packed sandwiches and lukewarm beverages packed, we were ready.

Our first stop. There were only two other people on the beach so it was lovely and quiet. Rocks make it a bit challenging to comfortably walk across and we'd left our thongs in the boat so we had to suck it up.

Our boat is somewhere out there. You're not allowed to dock the boat on the beach, so you have to unpack on the beach, and then anchor your boat about 200m from the shore and some poor sucker (in this case, Adam) has to swim in.

Off to the next beach!

It was a bit cloudy, but the water was super smooth and was this unusual deep blue colour.
